Each client has been sent a preliminary note advising of our plans and each active client will be receiving a second email with an attached form to be completed so that we can be sure we are holding accurate data for everyone. You will also be asked whether you are happy to receive any newsletters from AAC.
All personal records of clients who have closed their account will be deleted and should they wish to re-open them, they will have to open a new account.
In summary, the work involved is very substantial, with three people of the compliance team working part time on these matters to ensure that you are in safe hands.
