Do you ever reconcile our statements with your voucher book? It can be a real chore! As the order that they appear on your statement is NOT the same order in your voucher book. Furthermore, if you rarely use vouchers then you may have to check multiple statements.

Well, one of one of our reports allows you to see the status of all your vouchers in a book – in “voucher number” order. In addition, if a voucher has not yet been redeemed, it will be shown as “not yet processed”.

Try it out here – you will need to enter any voucher number from the book in question and the rest is automatic.
