Introducing AAC Starter

AAC is delighted to inform you of a new initiative to encourage efficient charitable giving amongst our communities’ younger people.All members aged 16-24 (inclusive) will now pay 0% commission for deposits up to £2,500 per annum.

We encourage you to let your friends and family know by directing them to achisomoch.org/aacstarter where they can find out about the benefits of having a commission-free AAC account.

How do 16-24 year olds sign up for AAC Starter?

New members are required to enter their birthday when applying for an account. If they are aged between 16-24, they will be instantly advised that they will benefit from the AAC Starter scheme.

Do current AAC members aged 16-24 need to do anything to benefit from the scheme?

Yes. We’ve emailed them with simple instructions on how to instantly enroll into the scheme.

What if they deposit more than £2,500 per year?

They will pay the standard 5% commission. We will alert them once they have crossed this threshold. The amount is reset on September 1 each year.

Why does AAC even charge commission?

The commission helps towards paying the cost of offering you a reliable and efficient service. As a charity, all profits are donated to schools and educational establishments within the UK.

What happens when someone turns 25?

We will email them confirmation that their commission rate has been updated to the standard structure.
